Bière blonde, American Pale Ale aux notes légères de céréales. Sèche, fruitée et modérément amère et totalement aromatique, elle est une belle initiation aux plaisirs houblonnés.

Classical and rather light pale ale, on the way of a light white ipa, this is one is dry and mineral, a bit watery. Of course, the hop is predominant, citrusy, bitter, dry hop, not bad and refreshing, 13.11.20, at Epalinges, purchased at one monoprix, Paris.

Bottle at dunkerque, paris. Clear yellow white head. Us gops, pepper, flowers in the aroma. Flavor is a bit herbal with a delicate us style hoppy note. Reminds me of the spicy beers from small mallorcan breweries. Palate and feel is very clean and crsft brew'ish.

330 ml. bottle. Lightly hazy orange, touch amber, huge uneven collapsing white bubbles head. Nose is weird floral plaster hops, weird oils, spoiled stone fruit, some old medicine. Hugely sparkling body. Taste is bitter akin to medication (tablets & pills), over-carbonated, weird insecticide bitterness, old paper, weird lingering dough finish, light cheap table honey, plastic finish… Big medicine, plaster, faint mold notes. Touch medicinal tablets dryness. Quite flawed in its buildup, the elements just don’t work in any kind of harmony, really messy. Weird powdery medicinal finish. Nope doesn’t work.
