Bottle at Leighton’s 20K, thanks to Matteo. It pours clear golden with a thick white head. The aroma is rich, sweet florals, sticky fruits, earth, barnyard, apple, peach, mango and some spice. The taste is quite soft, more sweet than expected, bready malts, sugary, brioche, floral character, citrus peel and some spice. Medium body and moderate carbonation. I was hoping for more funk or perhaps some acidity to this, but it comes across a touch too sweet even. A bit so-so for Wicked Weed.
