Sweetish malty nose. Lots of sweetish malts with nice fresh floral hops. But the hops remain too much below the layer of sweet malt. Intense sticky, too much sweetness, fresh but way to sticky-sweetish. But the style has to be like this!

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, alcohol, malt, over ripe fruits, and lemons, leading to a bitter finish.

Butelka: Deep golden with an orangey sheen, stable creamy off-white head with a little lace; dryish grapefruity nose, accompanied by herbal spotes, very faint traces of yeast and malt underneath; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, creamy MF; lingering bitter-grapefruity finish, tart, balanced by sweet malt and a certain touch of cough syrup. Yes, a goody…

(Bottle, Foersters Feine Biere, Berlin, 16 July 2016) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, orange, caramel, dried apricots and pink grapefruit. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, orange peel, grapefruit, a touch of caramel and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made IIPA. Very nice.

Pours a hazy orangey golden color, topped with a fairly small white head with a great retention. Fruity aroma, very decent, some exotic fruits and tangerine. Taste starts sweet, very decent hoppy bitterness and some biscuity malty feel to it later. Not too intrusive aftertaste. Very nice, and surprisingly mild for an imperial IPA. Hides alcohol well.
