Geprobeerd op vakantie in Frankrijk. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat bloemige geur. De smaak is moutig, fris en licht citrus achtig.

Blue bottle from MiP. Blonde, clear. Dominant traubenzucker aroma and flavor Marzipan. Sharp mouthfeel. Honeyish with lemon. Dry out effect. Very peculiar kind of witbier.

Thank you Mathieu87 & PriorL! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ “Mathieu’s house cooling party”. BBF 12/13. Hazy citrus golden, little white bubbles. Nose is weird perfume, excessively so with rotting perfume wheat, chemicals, mildly lactic & potpourri. Taste Is watery, rotting citrus, spoiled, fizzy, milky perfume, lemonade, spoiled lemonade,…. Thin, watery, faintly lactic body,… Not good to put it simple, a mix of bad quality (esp. looking at the other ratings) & age.

Pajiza clara con nebulosa blanquecina. Dos-tres dedos de espuma blanca. Turbia como marca el estilo. Aroma marcado, cítrico. En boca muy suave al paladar realmente bebible. Punto de gas muy adecuado, medio alto, y sabor eminentemente cítrico y ligeramente herbal que le da cierto tono medicinal (redoxon). El final acentúa el gas y deja un regusto agradable bastante cítrico. Buena.
