Can. Big crackery and hoppy aroma, bit peppery. Taste is good. Strong hop presence and bitterness, tastes green somehow. Quite fruity, but something almost leafy about it. Like it.
From backlog. Can at Tamarack Beach Resort & Hotel. Golden with white head. Malts, hops.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Golden with a thin head. Quite active in the palate with a small citrus fruitiness.

I was kind of hoping for a little bit better pilsner from Pizza Port. Aroma was really nice with afloral traditional pilsner-style. And appearance had a nice big frothy long-lasting off white head and lots of lace. But flavor and texture were a little soft, mainly due to low carbonation, and that detracted from it.

16 oz can purchased at the Pizza Port in San Clemente, California. 10 27 16 printed on the bottom of the can. The pour is clear golden yellow with a well formed two inch white head, and a bunch of fine carbonation bubbles streaming to the surface. Soapy lace left behind on the glass. The aroma is clean bready cracker malt, bright spiced Czech hops, and nice mineral. The taste the hop brightness right away, fresh and clean, then moves to the crisp bready cracker malt and finishes dry with the mineral. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the clean crisp finish. I really like this style of Pils, nicely executed.

Tap at Marciero. Clear with a low head, golden. Nice bready malt nose, lemon, herbs. Good malt background to a pepper, prickly hopped lager. Light citrus, full body. Strong bitterness. Good.
