Punaruskea, pehmeän maltainen olut, jossa mukana kuusenkerkän tuomaa pihkamaista makeutta. Suomessa on perinteisesti käytetty katajaa oluissa ja sahdissa, vanhaan olutperinteeseen nojaten me olemme valinneet puhtaasta Suomen luonnosta miedomman makuisen kuusenkerkän maustamaan oluttamme. Pienen panimomme eniten myydyin olut jo 12 vuotta!

Dark reddish color, small white head. Berryish, sweetish aroma with some spiceyness - maybe spruce sprout, hints of resin. Light bodied. Spruce sprout flavor is dominant. Berryish sweetness, low bitterness. Interesting brew, but not enough substance to carry to the end of the bottle. Also quite flat, could use more CO2.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, keller. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, strange sweet - fruity - berry - raspberry ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130405]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours an almost clear amber with a small white head. Odd and unpleasant aroma - like when you leave a hot iron too long on a cotton shirt. Medium body, initially just sweet caramel - but then the pruce really comes rushing in. Ends on a wooden note. 060413
