Trillium Brewing Company in Canton, Massachusetts, United States 🇺🇸

IPA - Imperial New England / Hazy Regular
Score
8.03
ABV: 8.0% IBU: 65 Ticks: 98
Originally brewed in celebration of the first anniversary of Row 34, our favorite Fort Point oyster bar and craft-beer purveyor, Vicinity highlights a neighborhood collaboration of passion and vision. The beer's appearance is a yellow straw-color, with a significant haze. Heavy citrus aromas of pineapple, orange flesh and mango dance on the nose and palate. The pilsner malt provides a medium body and wraps up each sip with a slight balancing bitterness.

My 785th Top 50 beer rating! 16 ounce can from DeCicco’s in Bedford, NY. Murky yellow gold pour. Small pillowy white head. Splendid lacing. Floral hop aroma permeates the room. Flavor is bittersweet citrus through and through. Grapefruit peel, lime, lemon and bitter greens. Plenty of dank citrus and pine. Another Trillium killer brew!

Can at home from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, 1st December 23. Pours a lovely looking yellow, orange haze. Aroma is candied citrus, oranges, sherbet. Taste is smooth, dry, pithy, powdery, green hop heads, bitter, great malt backbone, but playing second fiddle to the intense hopping. Excellent DIPA

From a 473ml can on 26/2/2023. Pours a clody medium golden with a smallish head. Has a pleasant tropical fruit nose. On the sip, it gives citrus, melon and lychee with a good dash of spice in the moderate bitterness at the back. Pillowy mouthfeel and average carbonation. Currently rated a 100/100 beer on here. I really liked it, but perhaps not quite as much as others.

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, pleasant and smooth.
