Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Amber, creamy white head. Nose is sweetish yeast, banana, sugar, candy with some fruity tropical hop. Taste is light iron, corn sugar, passionfruit, candy, banana, tropical fruit hop. Yeast & light iron body. A tad too sweet but decent IPA even if not particularly remarkable or exceptional.

On tap at the brewpub. Lightly hazy, dark orange-golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Pine cones, peaches, citrus peel, orange and some malty sweetness in the aroma. Some sweetness in the flavor, but with sufficient bitterness. Peaches, citrus peel and some orange too. Resins. Full body, soft and pleasantly carbonated. Long and nice finish. A lovely ipa indeed. 130806

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Short stringy lacing. Citrusy hops aroma with some sweet malty notes. Moderately bitter hops character with notes of grapefruit and caramel malt flavors. The finish is hoppy and lingers awhile. Decent overall.

Crisp light copper coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of malt, metal, light hops, pine and a touch of apricot sweetness. Medium-bodied; Strong piney and grapefruit hops come out with a good malt backbone, a dose of sugar, some light fruits and a good light finish with some minimal hops. Aftertaste shows a touch of bitterness, some light pine and a good malt finish. Not overly bitter, but perhaps a bit underhopped for the California IPA I expected. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from BevMo in Walnut Creek, California given to me by Phil (Haddon90) on 17-July-2010, sampled at home in Washington on 24-November-2010.
