Italian IPA, tasted at Modeste. Thick, dense, lacing egg-white head over a cloudy orange blonde beer. Aroma of American hops, with suggestions of pink grapefruit, mandarin, dry white wine, mango, pine needles, lime zest, biscuit; vividly fruity onset, mango, orange, kiwi drenched in a very light salty sauce, supple and lean mouthfeel, caramelly, leading to a long, drying but more aromatic than deeply bittering hoppiness, very citrusy and piney yet subtle and soft. Very elegant IPA, enjoyed this a lot.
