Very special release of Hallelujah only 300 75cl bottles available. Hallelujah is the beer we brew for us at the brewery. This edition is extremely bitter, extremely hoppy (simcoe-amarillo-mosaic), very malty and only 2.7 abv.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. A slightly hazy dark golden beer with a small white. Aroma of orange fruits, zest, citrus. Taste of floral fruits, grassy hops, orange fruits, long bitter finish.

Draft. Hazy golden amber color, off white head. Nice aroma of grapefruit and pine. Taste is lightly bitter mixed fruit and citrus. Decent.

Bottle sample @ Vine Birre Ribelli ’16. Looking at Citra+chinook, changing each batch. Doée virant sur léger orange, col blanc. Arôme au nez résineux, agrumes avec encore une dominance de sécheresse de grains qui prend le dessus. Palais est super sec au point d’enlever le caractère du houblons impression râpeuse, houblonnage à cru. Agrumes, grains accentuant cet effet sec, impression de plastique brûlé et oignons en poudre niveau de la dose houblonnée.

Hazy blond. Aroma and flavour are full of ’green’, raw tasting bitter hop. Fresh malt flavour in the background.
