Bottle. Pours hazy yellow/amber with small white head. Aroma is apricot, peach, banana, strawberry jam, light malt and grain. Taste is initial sweet then light bitter and medium acidic. Body is watery with lively carbonation. Finish is medium long with notes of fruits from aroma, chalk and cloves.

5.1% take out from the World Beer Museum. Quite a clear pour for a weizen. Nice fruity taste, possibly peach notes? The flavor is sweet & spicy with hints of bubblegum. A nice weizen.

33cl from Bon Voyage, Berlin. Pours slightly hazy golden with a diminishing white head. Slightly fruity aroma with banana, wheat and citrus. Slightly watery, but not so sweet. Moderate banana flavour and a quite acidic and somewhat dry finish. Not exciting, but quite refreshing.

33 cl flip-top bottle from Dorrstep Brew. BB 16.04.13, consumed on February 14, 2012.Hazy golden color, big lasting white head. Sweet, estery banana, a bit spicy phenolic (light) scent. Sweet, malty taste. Light smooth mouthfeel, some banana and malty aftertaste. Low to very low bitterness.

Bottle at St Gertrud, Malmö. Nice bottle, pours hazy and golden. Typical hefe character with cloves, foam bananas and citrus. Sweet and sour, spicy and full of character which makes it one of the better ones I’ve tried.

Bottle. Pours cloudy with a thick white head. Light amber colour. Clear aroma of wheat, hop and fruit. Hoppy, a little sourish and creamy taste. A little bitter aftertaste. Slightly watery palate. OK on its own as evening enjoyment.

Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, banana, yeast and floral hops. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long banana finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

330ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with average, firm, frothy, white head, Wheaty and yeasty aroma with a citrus touch. Taste is slightly dry earthy wheaty, minimally sourish, little bit watery in the finish.

Fra fat på Cardinaltreff: flott skum, og tradisjonell uklar lys gul farge. Tydelig aroma dominert av nellik og noe banan. Smaken likeså - en deilig hveteøl med passe fyldig munnfølelse som gjør den lett å drikke. På flaske hjemme (gave fra Petro): en noe slankere munnfølelse en fra fat? Fremdeles et forfriskende brygg. Skulle gjerne hatt en kasse av denne til hverdagsbruk.

Bright yellow, white head. Unclear. Aroma of ripe bananas and some citrus. A good weizen :-)
