This is a beer that does not mess around. It clocks in at 65 ibu’s with only a 5,2% ABV. Utilising only whirlpool and dry hops at a ratio of 100 grams per litre, Doris is light and fruity, with a clear, crisp and assertive bitterness. Enjoy, Cheers.

Bottle. Hazy amber. bog eggshell head. Perfumed peach/apricot aroma. Medium to light mellow body. Fresh fruity, nice drink.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of citrusy and grassy hops, pale malt. Taste of citrusy bitter hops, pine, wheat malt, long bitter finish.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly citrusy, piney and grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of lemon tea, a touch of fresh hay. Taste is dry, slightly bitter, piney and slightly citrusy hoppy, minimally grassy and leafy, rather neutral pale malty basis, hints of lemon, lemon tea, mineral, chalky and minimally metallic overtones. Braukollektiv declines to mediocritiy with recent releases.

Pours a light cloudy golden color with small white head. Nice hoppy fruity aroma, citrus, grassy, some light sweetness, moderate bitterness in finish.
