This Double IPA includes Mosaic and Simcoe hops, South American specialty malt, and tons of tastiness. Looks like liquid gold, smells like a bright tropical fruit pine forest, and tastes like all that and more.

Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine carbonation. Light malts, clean and with a touch of creamy sweetness. Soft pine hops give way to a crisp citrus and light fresh orange. Nice mango touch. A mild to medium spicy hop runs throughout. Light crisp finish brings a touch of pine and very mild hop skunk. Clean, crisp and hugely drinkable. Knee Deep know how to put out a DIPA.

På flarra. Ljus klar Dipa som doftar mycket tallbarr och sedan kommer grape. Smaken då??? Direkt tallbarr i munnen rejäl mängd. Medelfyllig till fyllig Dipa med full fin efterbeska. Ja och riktigt jävla fin är den. Låter kanske inte så på tallbarr beskrivningen men så är det.

32oz growler from Superstar Beverage in Huntington pours a clear gold with some cloudy, white head. Nose has pine sol, chive, grass, straw, some citrus, but mostly soapy. Flavor is interesting, very bright, grassy, chives, a little garlic scape, pine sap, a little honey, a little sour cream. A big honey note and also some fusel alcohol. Finishes a bit hot, oddly enough.

650 ml bottle purchased at Redstone Liquors, Andover location. Bottle stamped 7/1/15. Hazy golden color with sticky lacing along the sides of the glass. Aroma is bright with pine, tropical fruit and hints of grass. Smells wonderful.
The flavor is bold and bitter just like the aroma would lead you to believe. Floral notes, tropical fruits upfront with a good malt backing. Grapefruit rind. The finish has a "punch you in the face" pine bitterness that is damn close to abrasive. Sharp resin lingers. Alcohol is hidden well and overall this is a pretty impressive Imperial IPA.

22 oz bottle from Sparrow, 9/1/15. Pours a golden-orange color with a thick, foamy, off-white head and some rather strong lacing. The head and lace stick around pretty much forever. It has a juicy tropical fruit hop aroma. Some sticky malt component exists here with the juicy sweetness and the bitterness from the hops. Very new world hop centric, which I mean in the best way possible. Clean feel, drinks more like a 6% beer than an 8% beer, so could definitely get dangerous quickly. I like this quite a bit.
