Screw top bottle from Erzengel - Cheers! 🍻 Creamy off white head stayed on a reddish brown still body. Caramel, berry & spice aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth & silky in the mouth with dry back. Heavy malt, berry, Christmas cake, raisin, spices, caramel & toffee tastes. Nice one!

Bottle thanks to Gabriel/Erzengel. Malty and caramel aroma with a big dose of yeasty sweetness. Dark amber. Thin bubbly off-white head. Medium bitter. Malts. Slice. Sweet edge. Booze. Medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Astringent finish. Decent warming stuff.

0,5 l screw cap bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! A dark amber in the glass with a lot sediments floating around. More than two finger pale beige head. Malty smell, some sweet caramel. Taste is roasty malty, fruity background with sweetness, increasing alcoholic. Little bit metallic elements and some roasted bitterness in the second part. Not bad.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks nice! Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Starts mild, malty, strong, light alcoholic. Some woody hints, also some caramel. Not too sweetish as other doppelbocks. Well balanced warming-malty finish. Nice!
