ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart, sour, pale malt, sweet malt, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sour, tar, pale malt, sweet malt, citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211023]

Bottle at the Munich Ratebeer Christmas tasting, at Jonas's, Garching, Friday 17th December 2021. Pours a light amber, there is a little haze, white head. This is super funky dry furry, great

750 2019 bottle. Farty, light sweaty cheese nose. Medium chewy body, mellow sparkles. Great Brett flavor, light vinegar, citrus, wood finish.

Bottle at Christmas. Hazy straw with almost no head. Super nice bretty sour nose. The flavor is big acidity, sparkling and popping with brett power. Very tasty funky sour.

2019 bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is brett, fruity, quite tart. Taste is Berliner Weisse as it should be, some extra mild parmiggiano, wood, very complex. Mineraly mouthfeel, not too high carbonation. Very characterful!

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2019) im 2021-07 getrunken. Diese 2019 gebraute Vintage Oak-Aged Märzen Berliner Weisse sieht wie Weißwein ohne jeglicher Schaumbildung aus. Die Säure ist für eine Berliner Weiß sehr dominant. Aber nach Hinten am Gaumen kommt ein schönes Hibiscus-Aroma mit einer feinen, kaum wahrnehmbaren Süße hervor. Der stark sauere Charakter bleibt aber hier eine echte Herausforderung bei dem sehr gut gebrauten Bier.
