Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e spezie.

Dorée, col blanc. Une lager surfant entre le style belge, et de l'aveu du brasseur une maibock.
Arôme est assez frais sur un caractère assez belge avec ce soupçon rappelant un côté plus allemand. Houblonné léger classique de houblons nobles - floral, finement herbacé avec une bonne dose de grains.
Palais est une petite note hybride entre BE/DE, amertume franche florale, fleurs des champs/pâquerette, grains malté pils/pâle, léger fini caramel - fini léger métallique avec une sécheresse marquée.

Blond colour, white foam. Sweet, malty, Belgian yeast, light bitterness in the finish. A bock with 4,5%ABV? Strange.

Clear pale blond beer, small creamy irregular white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very hoppy, lots of marijuana, little malty, grains, hay, some cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: hoppy start, pretty bitter, hay, grains, slightly sweet, nice! Aftertaste: little metallic, some grains, hoppy, grassy, marijuana, very rural character, old school, very nice, love it!

Sampled at Brassigaume 2019. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, straw. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, pale malt, hints of honey, mild bitterness.
