Full Nelson pours a bright copper blonde which is accompanied by an attractive white head, which is both compact and lasting. From the word go, the aroma positively screams Nelson Sauvin hops, with their gooseberry, raisin, citrus and tropical fruit aroma. This is echoed in the taste, with the addition of a pleasant bitterness. Don’t do things by half, get the Full Nelson!

Bottle from Best One, Brackley Road, Bedford. Light gold, very very hazy. Light aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, coconut, handwash. Bitter, spicy taste with intense hop oils to the long peppery and citrussy dry finish. Lemon balm and some passionfruit in the aftertaste. Not bad.

Frothy white head stayed well on a hazy, light orange coloured body. Spicy, herbal, vegetal, zesty aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated - dry on the back. Bitter/sweet citrus, mango, earthy tastes with a strange finish of root vegetable.
