24-05-17 // bottle from Holy Craft, Düsseldorf, shared. Hazy yellow beer small head. Great to see the oil settle in the bottle. But you dont actually taste oil in the beer if you dont pour the sediments. Taste is strawy, mild yeasty, light salt and spices. Quite interesting.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@yesprs - Yellow coloured pour with white head. Fruity and wheaty bites, light malty, some floral grassy notes, light weedy, straw, touch of salt, not working for me.

Bottle, very carefully poured by Dunja, many thanks! Cloudy glowing yellow-golden color with small head. Aroma is olive oil, citrus, saffran, really has a touch of paella. Taste is citrus, saffran and olive oil again. Medium carbonation, rather viscous. As many Freigeist beers, rather light. Absolutely drinkable and well-made, but not too special.

Bottle from Boxbeers. Pour carefully if you’re not a fan of the big lumps of yeast in the bottle. Maybe they’re referring to the yeast, when they call it Food Ale - those are big enough to pass for half a meal. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lemon, light spicy and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish with a hint of salt. 220816
