From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of fruits, berries, malt, oaky notes. Flavour is medium sour with a dry finish. Body is medium. Nicely sour and refreshing, enjoyable.

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 2 26/09/2015. A light pinky orange coloured pour with a fine head. Aroma i speach, floral, hay, fresh lacto. Flavour is composed of apricot, tangy peach, lacto sour, crisp and tart in the finish. Palate is fresh and crisp, highish carbonation, uber dry finish.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Alvinne Lanti ].Clear medium yellow red color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, tart, tart berries ala blackberries - blueberries - blackthorn. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, dry, tart, berry - grapes, pale malt, berries ala - blackberries - blueberries - blackthorn. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150925]

18/12/2015 @home - 50cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte. Rose-orange colour, no head, no carbo, completetly flat. Nose is vinous, fruits, sour. Taste very wine like. sour red fruits, blackthorn flavor reminding at their Wild West Blackthorn, very dry sour ending. Nice one again.

Almost no head; veiled pinkish red, flamingo coloured beer. Floral and berries’ nose, raspberry specific but not excluively. Very inviting, though suggesting serious sourness. Acidic, fruity flavours. Again predominantly raspberry (even when those aren’t there at all). Finish has some lemon, lactic acid. Very thinnish MF, but inherently also very refreshing, vif; lipsmacking acidity. Outstandingly ideosyncratic.
