very hazy orange colour, medium sized off-white head; aroma of wine cellar, musty and acidic white wine notes, some citruses and tropical fruits; taste of acidic white wine, citric and tropical fruity notes, somehow disturbing and excessive (tea-like) bitterness and minimal sauerkraut; I’m confused a bit with this beer: it is not really bad, but I expected something (much) more harmonic - anyway, at least Nelson Sauvin is really and intensively there; re-tasted from tap in Geneva, Au coin mousse; it is now perfectly harmonic tropical fruity ipa, so my original rating (3.5) is updated

On tap. Pours a clear amber color with moderate head. Aromas of dry dusty fruit, toasted malts, and rubber. Very weedy flavor with a dry bitter finish. Not my cup of tea.

Draught at Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar (W. Broadway), Vancouver, 10oz
Cloudy blond color, small head. The aroma is mildly citrusy, with delicate bready malts. The mouthfeel is extremely dry, the hopping is quite resiny, but no fruitiness to be found besides some lemon zest; there is something strange, then I read it’s brewed with guava; the final is astringent and tannic, to the point of being unpleasant, I guess the tea participates negatively here.
I wish brewers could brew good beers refraining from pouring shit in them.
