2017-05-27: Bottle at home. Pours cloudy, light amber with a dense off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, lemon, lemon grass, pine needles, some resiny notes, caramel. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium bodied, bitter finish. A real hop canon. Re-rated 2022-05-30: On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, stone fruits, pine needles, caramel. Tastes bitter with quite some sweetness, but bitterness lasts till the end. Medium bodied, bitter and dry finish.

On tap at �lhallen, pours a clear copper golden with a medium white head. Nose brings out dry hops upfront, with earthy and herbal notes featuring quite prominently. Flavour brings out dry hops, floral and herbal notes, a light metallic hinge, and an ever so slightly sweet cereal malt backbone. Balanced and flavourful, though doesn't seem as bitter as the IBUs suggest. Good stuff.

Bouteille 50cl, batch# 822, BB 18/12/2016. Dorée, col blanc épais. Arôme est tout en force dans un houblonné superbe rappelant un sac de houblon frais. Ce dernier laisser percer des notes de forêt de pin avec un léger résineux-fruité et un rétro de chanvre. On en oublie quasi le malt qui reste plus dans une approche pils cara. Palais profite abondement du houblonnage qui est riche en note herbacée et de pin, rappel un Chinook ou Simcoe pour ce côté clairement américain. Retrouve certains alpha généreux avec une excellente amertume de fin de bouche. Malt est léger tirant vers le pils et pâle et un fin cara. Une pointe fruitée - agrumes perce en retrait et accompagne bien le côté houblonné frais qui rappelle un houblonnage à cru.

At a tasting, thanks Gunnar, flufffy head with lots of lacing, strong carbonation, hazy deep yellow colour, aroma of herbs and tea with a hint of orange marmalade and orange blossom, flavor of fruit andl tea, medium but light feeling bitterness, suprisingly sweet. Quite nice.

50cl bottle as a gift. Pours slightly cloudy yellow. Very bitter and hoppy, with a crispy texture. Unfortunately the bitterness is not balanced by a strong body.

Flaska från Oslo, tack där frun! Ljus med livligt skum. Doftar ananas, tallkottar och grape. Söt inledning som sedan övergår till en rivig beska. Bra balans. Denna helg går Haand från klarhet till klarhet.

cloudy yellow, small creamy yet fluffy white head. bitter aroma, hay, something resembling cerereal. flavor is bitter, malty, slightly herbal, the bitterness tastes almost like alc. The combo of not so much flavor, alc. and hay or straw is not very nice. The bitterness might be high, but it’s doesn’t come off as typically US hoppy bitter, more like if random hops, or "local" were used.
