From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of fruits, cloudberries, spicy yeast, floral notes, hops. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Body is medium. A fine Saison.

Tap @ Borefts 2015. Blonde. Berries and floral notes in the aroma and flavor. Dry. Thinnish. Soft earthy character. Decent, nothing more.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Oppigårds Cloudberry Saison ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, cloudberry, berry - fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity - berry, cloudberries, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150926]

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 1 Oct 2015) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with cloudberries, citrus and the aroma of a mountain forest in the summer. Fruity, malty taste with notes of bread, hay, citrus, cloudberries and a dry finish with a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and spicy, with a fresh cloudberry character. Nice one.

Borefts VII. Day 2. Keg. Lightly hazy yellowish - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Minerally crisp. Dry floralness. Touch of cloudberry. Light dry finish. A bit thin and wishy washy, but okay.
