Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lemon, elderflowers and sugary. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 150213

Bottle, 8.5%. Clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma is malt, fruit, spices, wheat and apple. Flavour is malt, apples, sweet, sugar, little citrus, elderflower and a little thin.

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Tasting Ulfborg, 2013. Pours clear yellow with a off white head. Tart and sweet nose and flavor. Honey like flavor.Sugar and apples. Artificial and basically not working. Sticky.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, yeast, sugar, flowers and hops.

Very special beer. Sweet, hints of flowers and elderberries. It doesn’t taste like beer, more like a sweet cider. Although a nice experiment.

Short-lived attempt at white head over beer, looking for all the world as cider. End of bottle solid yeast. Sourish nose, cidery (yes!), even flowervinegar, faintly fruity. Sweet-sour, again like medium dry cider, applevinegar with sugar, and a typical flowery-fruity flavour, no doubt the elderflowersyrup. Slick, but a bit empty MF. Very un-beery. As said already, like demi-sec cider from the supermarket. I would have been all the more impressed if this result would have been reached with half the alcoholcontent... Neeryssche Dobbel-wit, anybody?
