16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose reveals those classic Citra hops, west coast-style, with tons of piney hop goodness, and a crisp biscuity malt backbone. Flavour is wonderfully piney and crisp in the hop department, with very low sweetness, and a crisp biscuity malt backbone. They really don't make many like this anymore these days. This is pretty much the quintessential west coast IPA. Outstanding.

The Aromas are fresh Citrus and pine resin hops with some dry grain, pale malt and dust. The flavors are like nose, mild balanced bittersweet with slightly aggressive carbonation good body and an easy bitter finish.

Can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, May '19. Thanks Jeremy for lugging this back from the United States of America. Pale gold appearance, lightly misty, with frothy white topping. Bright citra, pine and grapefruit, with a bright hop bitterness. Fine overall, good refresher in the garden.

26th May 2019, Shrewsbury Beer Share Meeting in Chez Sophie; five of us. I brought this US Pint can with me back from California to share: Canned on 22nd Feb 2019, so almost fresh. Lager like looks, golden with a white head; however we had some floating sediment too. Obviously it is very citrusy in nature.
