Tap at Beachwood. Unfiltered yellow-tan. Foamy white head. Big hop depth. Really well done. Not quite IIPA, but really full bodied. Classic. Great.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Noam’s place. Thanks Levi. Hazy yellow with a white head. Hoppy aroma full of juicy citric hops. Flavor is kinda sweetish, with citric and oniony hops, and big bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Thanks for the growler, flopfacefred. This is excellent stuff. The beer pours a medium-light gold color. It appears to be perfectly clear. The head is thick and white, always nice to see when pouring from a growler. Lots of lacing. The aroma is just chock full of Citra hop goodness. It’s got a lot of juicy fruit and a pretty heavy dank backbone. The fruit is tangerine, melon, mango, kiwi, grapefruit, strawberry. Very light malt sweetness in the back. Moderate to medium bitterness, firm enough to give the beer some bite but not so much to interfere with the hop flavor. Lots of sweet hop fruitiness. Melons, kiwis and strawberries on top of citrus. Very easy to drink. It really opens up as it warms. Smooth, light feel. Nice citrus rind, pine needle, dank finish. I’m moving through this growler pretty well with just a little help from a friend. Very enjoyable.

Draught @ Festival of Dankness, San Diego. Aroma has sweet fruity notes and pineapples. Flavour has gluey tones, cereal, some tropical fruits and hibts of pineapples. A bit too gluey, especially in the finish.
