Le « Denim » contraction de « De Nîmes » désigne la toile de jean partie à la conquête de l’Amérique à partir de notre ville. Le crocodile est l’animal emblème de la ville de Nîmes. Ainsi est née notre Denim pale ale, la Nîm’ale.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy blonde colored brew with an dry bitter taste, starting hint is the pomplamoose with its tartness, then citrus for freshness and finish the oranges for some fruitiness. Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, pine, tropical fruits and some grapefruit tones. Flavour contains pretty much the same elements as the aroma, but in a quite fresh way.

Bottle courtesy of Ernesto D. Il gusto al naso finisce sul luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello è di schiuma abbondante, compatta, persistente ed ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma restituisce percezioni di miele, resina, pino, agrumi e pompelmo.
