330ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden with a big frothy head. Zesty citrus aroma with plenty of lime, subtle spice. Taste of lime, citrus fruits, mild spicy yeast, malts. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very nice.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25B - Standard). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (bottled on 22/02/2017 - BBF 22/08/2018). AROMA: medium citrus aroma with notes of lime zest. medium-low yeast character with a clove-like note. soft and almost neutral malt background with a slight grainy note. APPEARANCE: pale gold to straw color and clear. medium white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: medium lime zesty flavor, followed by low esters (orange-like) and slight phenols. malt background with a bready note. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with moderate carbonation. OVERALL: a saison that smells better than it tastes.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is citrus fruity with zesty notes of lime and lemon, yeasty, hay, straw, floral and grassy hoppy finish.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, spices, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap at CBC 2016 Yellow session. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast, citrus. The flavour is acid citrus with a light watery mineral aspirin citrus palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle, 5.3%. Appearance- cloudy golden, bubbles rising, with a solid white head. Aroma- lemon, lime, wheat beer, orange, zesty citrus fruit, spices, coriander hints. Lots of aroma on this. Taste- orange, lemon, lime, wheat, summer fruit, soft hop bitterness, creamy malt, juicy fruity finish. Very nicely done.
