On tap at TCBW 2016. Slightly hazy pale yellow with a small, white head. Surprisingly floral and perfumy aroma with notes of lime, soap and yeast. Strange mess in my book. Pleasant acidity, but flavours are way to floral and soapy for my taste.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is mild fruity, leafs, hops, fresh wood, lime peel, sap, flowers, lawn, moss. Taste is slightly dry citrusy, leafs, fresh hops, fresh wood, citrus peel, hay, wet grass, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Trouble, orangée-dorée, col crémeux blanc. Arôme est houblonné frais fruité avec une note de raisin blanc, pointe de citron vert, le tout est très plaisant. Palais est houblonné herbacé, pointe d’épice et de raisin blanc sur note tropicale et citron vert rappelant un peu un côté Galaxy et NZ des houblons Malt pâle et pils, le tout est sec, pointe de levure ponctue le tout.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Very hazy golden, big white head. Nose is lemon, funk, white grapes, lightly soapy, big fruity. Taste is lemon, white grape, touch white wine, big fruity, flowers,… Touch yeasty bod & fruits. Quite nice & interesting.

Tap at Oersoep festival. Hazy golden with fluffy white head. Lime, lots of crazy herbs and spices, hard to describe, some basil and bay leaf with some white pepper. Light dough underneath and a touch of nuts. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit creamy feel.
