Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak quince aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty quince finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light citrusy and peachy. Smooth fruity, peachy and passion fruity. Bitter and citric. Dry. Crisp citric and bitter into the finish.

330ml bottle from Ye Olde Brewdog Online Shoppe. Pours clear enough, for London beer, thin, but persistent white head. Aromas of brett yeast, funk, possibly mo funk than expected? Very funky. Taste is dry, with some pear thing going on, which I guess is the quince; quince not exactly being a common flavour outside of the 19th century. Dry finish.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Léger trouble tirant sur l’orangé, fin crémeux. Arôme au bouquet bien agréable fruité mettant de suite le fruité du coing à l’épreuve. Le tout est extrêmement frais avec un rétro herbacé sur des notes de levure. Palais est fruité avec encore un profil de coing très agréable et qui offre une alliance entre la poire par le côté de sa chair et la pomme. Retrouve une pointe de levure belge et une fine note épicée sur la fin. J’en rêvais, les anglais l’on fait .... une bière au coing, et quel bon résultat.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Milky yellow golden, huge white head. Nose is milky, very sweet, lots of sugar, light yeast, touch sweet fruit peel but not necessarily overly fruity. Taste is odd milky, mineral, sugar lemon, bit nondescript, heavy on vaguely fruity sweetness, plenty of sugar, lightly oddly fruity,… Milky, touch mineral body. A bit too nondescript, simple & heavy on sweetness. Blander than anticipated & less exhilarating.
