Bottle. Light gold with a halo of angelic foam. Lemony sour blanket basement nose. The flavor is very complex, acidic, dry, reminiscent of wine and fermented citrus fruits. Very highly bubbly.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is white winey, lemony funk, so fruity and fresh. Taste is white grapes, some barrel there? it's very vineous, mild lactic flavour, quince, rhubarb, some spiciness. High carbonation, but not aggressively so, more like moussierend, doughy mouthfeel. Very nice, as expected!

Capped 750 from Pangaea Bottle Shop. Pours translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma suggests lemon with some funk. Med body or nearly. Flavor is suggestive of lemon zest with some slightly musty wood and funk. Might be some Brett in it. Dry. Tasty. Very good.

Bottle shared in Canary Wharf, London - big thanks to Dan the Man. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Lovely beer, lightly tart and funky, with accents of pale wood, lemon, wheat, straw. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, tart, pleasantly funky. Exceptional.

Perfect De la Senne mixed fermentation saison character as expected. Soft, buoyant with just the right amount of citric and lactic acidity. Suiting balanced oaky tannins. Lingering light bitterness. Delicious!
