"Fiery" as in gushing to mounds of white head over hazed orange-yellow beer. Citrussy, and absolutely Brett or Pedio-like aromas. Lemoncookies. On purpose or infected? Bitterish, bit like citrusmould; again barnyard-like flavours, but with a spiced, bitterish streak, the acidity remaining in the background. There’s signs aplenty of Pedio/Brett infection. Rather light body and of course very carbonated, fizzy. DijkWaert has absolutely to clean their act - and their beer. Another gusher, another infected brew. Yet, I get the impression they have good ideas. Just a bit more care, please.
