(Bottle) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with grapefruit, apricots, grapes, oak wood, cellar, sour fruit and vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapefruit, sour grapes, apricots, wood, gooseberries, lemon, a touch of vinegar and a tart finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well made with a fresh acidity. Very nice.

Limited Edition Bottle. Number is: 5861. Ladna lakierowana butelka. Po otworzeniu, bez glosnego huku i bez dymku. Wyglad bardziej Brown niz Red, ale Sour byl i to konkretny, tak wlasnie jak lubie, kwasne fermentujace jablka, drewno, scierka wilgotna, zero slodowosci i nawet minimalnej slodyczy. bylo tu nieco jezyn i jakby jalowca. Do tego dominujacy kwas octowy. Alez to powykrzywialo by co niektorym usta. Piwo jest klarowne z niemal pol centymetrowa pianka, ktora opada szybciej niz mrugnieta powieka. Bardzo wyraziste i kwasne piwo. Zabojczo smaczne jak dla mnie

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fruity with a lot of pear and red apple notes. Some lighter stone fruit and red grape notes. Light oak notes. Moderate red wine notes. Some light, herbal funk. Pours a slightly hazy, brilliant, copper-orange with a medium sized white head that recedes fairly quickly to a thin film that lingers throughout. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is lightly acidic with a medium sweetness to it. Lots of red wine character with some red grapes, stone fruit, red apple and pear. Light oak notes. Sweetness has a bit of a candi sugar -like flavor to it and works really well with the red wine notes. Hints of herbal, earthy funk. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, this is a really nice beer. The fruit notes work seamlessly with the red wine notes in the aroma and the red wine notes in the flavor combine with the malt sweetness to make for a really nice experience.

Hazy warm golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon peel, figs, peach and yogurt. Quite funky. Light, mild sour flavour, light sweetness, lemon peel. Finish peach, malts, yogurt and lactic acid. Nice!

750ml bottle @ One pint pub. Amber color beer with a thin white head. Aroma has some vinegar notes, apples, tartness and red berryish notes. Flavor has green apples, red berries, tartness, mild vinegary notes. Quite pleasant. Interesting. Not much red wine barrel notes though.

Small to medium yellowish head, irregular, over finely veiled, very carbonated orange-ochre beer. Nice woody-lactic acid nose, fruity, inviting. Vinous, berrywine, aged. Lactic acid, fruity notes, esters. Hint at sweetness underneath, woody, tannine, roses. On the edge of overcarbonation (after barrel aging, if you please!), acidburn, medium body. Excellent, even superb Oud Bruin.

Sampled from bottle @ RBBSG 2015. Clear apple juice like golden color, small off-white head. Smell and taste sourish, apricot sourness, brett, a hint of fruitpeel. Wow, very surprising. Nice mouthfeel too. Nice!
