Sampled at Vill & Syrlig 2015. Almost clear golden body with a huge white head. Nice funky aroma, some fruit but not very distinct. Flavor is pleasant sourness, mild pale malt, light citric fruit and balanced Brett. Medium body with a rather long, tart aftertaste. Nice one, but not amoung the best from Brekeriet.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, tart and funk. Taste is light to medium sweet, medium bitter and medium sour with a long dry, tart, funky and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear golden yellow pour with a tiny white head, aroma has brett and light funk, taste has light citrus, some brett action, straw, some floral action.

Hazy gold colour with white head. Woody aroma with hay and brett aroma. Same notes in taste with some tartness. Decent.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 2 Oct 2014) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with citrus, peaches, grass and lemon peel. Fruity, tart taste with notes of lemon, grapefruit, sour green grapes, stable, spicy yeast and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Good balance between the sour, spicy yeast character and the fresh citric hops. Nice one. Rerate: (Bottle 7 Feb 2018) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, grapefruit, apricots, green apples and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, grapefruit, green apples, apricots, bread, a hint of barnyard and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty, with a fresh tartness. Nice one.

(On tap at VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Dec 4 2014) Pours a fairly hazy orange gold with a moderate white head, some lace. Aroma of stone fruit and citrus (mostly orange), grassy hops, Brett funk, and a bit of sweetish pale malt. On the palate, funky and sour/tart from the yeast, more orange zest and some peach/apricot, sweet pale malt core also quite evident at first. Dries out a lot and the funk, malt and fruit all fade into a clean, lightly grassy and light/moderately bitter hop finish that lingers with barely a touch of the sour acidity remaining. The fruit faded fairly early though, wish it had been a little more round into the finish. Mouthfeel light-medium, touch watery at the end, medium carb. Good attempt to blend tart/sour/funky Brett with a hoppy pale ale, and admirably clean and refreshing in the finish but I do wish the flavour and feel had both been a bit bigger.

Flaska från SB. Grumlig ljust bärnstensfärgad vätska utan skum. Brettig, höig doft. Fruktig och syrlig inledning som snabbt övergår till jordkällare. Lång eftersmak.
