Sour wheat beer originally coming from Leipzig, brewed for the first time in collaboration with a former craft brewery, who sold-out to Swinkels (Bavaria) Group in 2019. Goses are traditionally spiced with salt and coriander, but we decided to add bitter orange peels and bergamot: it’s fresh, aromatic, savoury, slightly sour and refreshing. Do you find it weird? Try it and you will change your mind!

On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2018. Il gusto al naso propende per coriandolo, sale e frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è dissetante e un po' rustico. Sul tetto della bocca finiscono indizi di miele, frumento, pino, erba, agrumi, arancia amara, zenzero e sale.

Aroma of lemon, fruits, salty notes. Flavour is moderate sour and a bit salty. Decent and easily drinkable.

Draught at Lambiczoon: pours clear light gold with white head that leaves lacing. Aroma is bergamot, light mineral and lemon. Taste is quite salty with big bergamot.

Tap at Lambiczoon, Milano, Italy. Pours pale gold, fairly transparent, with very fine white foam, limited. Aroma is funky, lemony, a little fruity and grapes. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is delicately salty, very limited sourness. Final is fairly short.

330 ml tap. Unclear pale golden, small head. Mostly lemon, lemon zest, sea salt, sauerkraut, rosemary, coriander, lactic acid. Mild acidic sourness, salty. Medium to light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, dry sour finish.

Bottle. Pale blonde. Salt and lemon in the soft aroma. Moderately sour, salty and citric flavor. Vague vegetable notes. Decent.

Pale blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of sweet citrus. Quite orangey. Not so salty.
