Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, straw, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

THANKS. 310 cl. bottle sampled @ Borefts 2014 Hotel Room tasting. Thank you! Quite hazy milky orange, creamy white head. Wet mop variety brett in the nose, sweetish dough, white sugar, caramel. Same type of brett in the yeast ,fish guts yeast, bread, caramel, white sugar. Thick yeast body. Far from perfect but I am tolerant because Brazil is still an upcoming beer country. Really good label.
