Bottle. A lightly hazy one, golden-orange in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is piney, citrusy and lightly resiny, with peaches and a faint malty touch. Some peppery notes. It’s dry and soft on the palate, medium bodied. Peaches, some grapefruit, a touch of pepper notes and a resiny hint in the flavor. Nice bitterness too. Lasting fruity finish with resins and a good bitterness. And some peaches and mango. Although not the most exciting beer I’ve had, it’s a really fine thirst quencher that I’d love to see again, especially if the brett does more to the beer with some cellaring. 150228

Trockener, blumig hopfiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil noch trockener werdend, etwas hefig, deutliche Bitterkeit. Die anfänglichen Hopfennoten verschwinden leider gänzlich. 10/9/8/7/9/8

Inviting cloudy yellow golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Rich citrus aroma, mild acidic and yeast. Fine body for a 4.7% ale. Moderate sweet and a rich bitterness. Pleasant acidic. Fine carbonation and a bit dry texure. Also a bit rich citrus in the flavor. Not the usual citric stuff. Nice balanced yeast and a fine hop profile. A sure winner when the sun again want to warm our bodies. Refreshing beside the bonfire in winter time.
