Fonefan 300814. Pale amber colour with no head. Aroma is sugar, apple, alcohol. Flavour is sweet, sugar, apple, alcohol, caramel. A nice one.

Bottle 375ml. @ The Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2014, TSODRBSG14. [ As Kerisac de glace ].Clear medium amber orange color with a fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, apple concentrate - syrup, sweet apple, apple syrup, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, apple syrup, wood, sweet apple, syrupy, caramelized sweet apples. Body is medium, texture is watery - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140830]

Bottle, 375ml. It’s a dark amber cider, flat and almost oily. Lots of concentrated apples in the aroma, sweetish with lots of apple cores. Caramel hints. It’s sweet and full-bodied, with a little warmth. Apple, sweetness, some apple pie and a touch of caramel in the flavor. Lasting finish. A really nice one, concentrated and tasteful with lots of apple. Could easily drink this again. 140830

Botte, 9%. Clear darkamber/brown with no head. Aroma is apple, fruit, notes of caramel and concentrated apple. Flavour is apples, concentrated/intense apple, little vinous, sweet, little oak, caramel, little toasted and a little sticky.

37.5 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden deep orange. No head. Aroma is thick apples and wineous. Citric, dry and solid apples. Smooth sourish and subdued sweet. Syrupy. Sweet raisins and overripe fruity.
