33cl bottle. Pours clear golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of green tea, spices, yeast and lime. Taste of yeasty fruits, yuzu, green tea, floral hops, banana, strong body, really nice!

Bottle. Cloudy, straw-yellow. Aroma: fruity, slightly spicy, apples and pears, a little citrus, flowers. Taste: spicy, coriander, a little sweet, yeast, white sherry, good aftertaste and pleasant bitterness.

Farewell Bespin Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Light haze on this gold beer, good white head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light smooth floralness. Smooth pine. Very mild spice. Modest bitterness. Well integrated orangey citrus. Touches of ginger and pear. Light finish. Hides the abv well. Nicely done.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Fergus. Pours hazy yellow with a bubbly, white head. The aroma holds pale grains, old lemon peel, a little yeast. Light sweet flavour with more lemony notes, hay, prominent saison yeast, wheat bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet and yeasty in the finish, doughy wheat bread, lime zest. Enjoyable.

Bottle shared at Leightons place, 19/01/2017. From at the brewery bottle shop. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sweet apple, saison yeast, pear drops, apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, pale grains, appl, hint of toffee, mild saison yeast, spicy citrus. Palate is semi sweet. Frothy carbonation, semi drying finish. Spicy finish. Little Warming alcohol.

Bottle from Rudat. Smooth and fresh beginning. The fruit is there, but not too much. A bit sweetish in the groundbody, only hints of sourness, fruity zesty in the aftertaste. Interesting but not as fruity lemon-like as I thought.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly fresh floral, weeds, flowers, light malts, minerals, herbs, alcohol, yeast, sugar, tiny hints of citrus. Taste is dry floral, weeds, minerals, yeast, bark, flowers, alcohol, grass, light malts, herbs, heather, tiny hints of harsh citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh boozy mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.
