5/9/2026. Bottle at the latest ITFC beer share. Bought at Lidl, Ipswich. Nice colour. Sweet, clammy, toffee, banana, clove, coriander. Very sweet taste. Fair.

Appearance - cloudy orange with a foamy white head.
Nose - banana, candied lemon ginger and brown bread.
Taste - ginger cake, creamy banana and icing sugar.
Palate - medium bodied with a creany middle and a chewy sweet finish.
Overall - perry good example of the style. I'm gonna say heading gently in the direction of dunkelweizen.

Good enough, really. Rich and bready, moderately sweet, ample doughy wheat bread, light ripe banana and eatery notes, minimal bitterness. Medium bodied. Smooth finish, easygoing.

Hazy dark orange/amber pour with a fluffy white head. Aromas of wheat and banana. Taste is quite similar. Decent enough, but not more than that.

Bottle 50cl. From a local Lidl supermarket @home poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy deep golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and fair lacing. Aroma wheat, banana, lemon peel, cloves, yeast. Taste medium sweet, slightly bitter, acidic notes, wheat, yeast, banana, spicy notes. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, semi-sweet aftertaste, surprisingly nice.
