This is ridiculous, frankly. Brewed to celebrate our full rebrand on the 4th August and for the Genetic Drift European TTO Event. It's 7.3% of intensely tart fruited silliness. It's got, if I remember correctly, 120kg of Raspberry puree, 80kg of Rhubarb puree, and then a number of sterile buckets of local Rhubarb Juice (cheers, Dorset Sunshine Cider!). Then we fermented on a quite mild yeast so it's not as dry as our Zuur range. It's very sour, it's also very thick. Enjoy!

Bottle @ Både &. Murky orange/brown body with a small, lacing white head. Aroma is fruity with rhubarb and hint of caramel. Flavor is both quite sweet and medium acidic, brown malt, berries, sour fruit and rhubarb. OK body and acidic aftertaste with the same flavor as the rest. The alcohol is very well hidden. Decent but it just did not blow me away. A bit one-dimensjonal perheps?

Can at Fisherman's Cottage, Reading. Opaque pink with a moderate pale pink head. Not unattractive - looks like stewed ripe rhubarb. Tasted of tart raspberries followed by sweet rhubarb - pretty much does what it says on the tin. Doesn't show the alcohol at all. Liked it, but it's yet another drink which makes you question whether it's actually a beer or a fruit juice.
