Our very own Parker, of the cartoon and cat loving variety, created this cult classic character back in our 17th season. Appearing in several episodes under another stage name that was deemed inappropriate, our executive producers and editors decided that a name change and further character development—a 4-month Hiatus in bourbon barrels—were necessary to satisfy our most ardent and demanding viewers.

I am normally not a big bourbon barrel stuff. But this one was really solid and nice. Lovely complexity and a well masked alcohol level Complete absence of light through this thick oily liquid. Also an ok head Pleasant and fine aroma with an ok intensity Balanced sweetness for a beer like this. Good duration Soft fine carbonation level. Very easy to drink (dangerously) Dark malt, chocolate, espresso, bourbon and vanilla in the flavor [Bottle from Systembolaget in Sweden]
Not as decedent as I remember but still an ace of smoothness at high abv. Shame we never got to visit avery but these small format high abv bottles really set the trend now thinking about it. Low acidity coffee and nice sweet bourbon notes.

Flaska från SB från 2016. Söt med massor av bourbon och kaffe och lika mycket värmande alkohol och praliner. Gott

Pours a black colour and a small brown head with pretty good retention. Aroma's: roast, molasses, dark fruit, coffee, chocolate, alcohol. Retronasal it's sweet and quite boozy, with more chocolate than coffee, light berries. Flavour is quite sweet, with bourbon, chocolate, and some roast. Strong hot alcohol feel. Above medium bodied. Long finish with some charcoal, roast, just lightly bitter. Lovely stuff!

Bottle picked up in San Diego in November 2017. Bottled 14th November 2016. Consumed at home, 4th July 2020. Pours black and slick, aroma is molasses, dark chocolate, coffee, dark malts. Taste is rich, liquor chocolate, light coffee, barrel, bourbon and vanilla. Lovely and powerful Stout
EB!!! 16 prokenten volledig verborgen, supersmooth, subtiele barrel, koffie duidelijk aanwezig, maar niet overdreven. Wow!

Flaska från SB, batch 2, 2016. Mörk brunsvart med ljusbeige krona. Maffig doft med snygg kombination av vanilj, kokos, kaffe, choklad, kexighet och fat. Stor men inte massiv kropp. Smaken mycket desamma som doften, men med mer likörpralin, marsipan och tydlig restsötma. Riktigt fin värme från fatet som ger en extra skjuts. Verkligen inte tappat av lagring, och kaffet fortfarande kvar i leken. Moget, integrerat och mycket gott.
