New England style IPA by this young, still relatively unknown yet interesting microbrewery in Luxemburg, tasted from tap at Bar Beenhouwer. Mousy, snow white, densely-bubbled head on a hazy pale orangey, deep and warm peach blonde beer. Aroma of orange flesh, mango, lychee, orange cake, even a touch of marmalade, peach candy, dough. Sweet onset, teeming with fruit juice effects (ripe peach, pineapple, blood orange), full and rather creamy (typical NEIPA) mouthfeel with a relatively light carbonation sting; full sweet-bready and doughy, slightly caramelly maltiness soaked in mild, citric, very aromatic, restrainedly tropical hoppiness bringing quite long yet gentle bitterness; that sweet orange or even orange candy effect keeps dominating. Nice, aromatic, citric, ‘clean’ NEIPA, not pushing it too far like many others (in the U.S. and Scandinavia especially) tend to do. Have an extra point for that.
