FOOL was originally dreamt up as part of our three part Sour Series in 2019 and is now back by popular demand.
Fool is reminiscent of the famous dessert, and is both sweet and creamy with a hint of vanilla. Fermented with raspberries and with the addition of lactose, it's refreshing and flavoursome with a sour kick. One sip of Fool is sure to put some fun back in your belly.

(Can) Not a pretty looking beer - cloudy, lumpy amber with no head. Nice aroma of raspberries. Medium body with excellent fine carbonation. Great taste. Plenty of raspberries - fresh and tart not jammy. Some creamy hints providing some balance to the tartness. Maybe some funky hints. Interesting, refreshing, very drinkable.

Pours pink-tinged hazy straw, large fading head.Nose shows fresh raspberry, lemon, faint wheat notes.Flavours include more authentic raspberry, a bit of sweet bready malt, a hint of vanilla, and a surprising (and perhaps misplaced) bitterness.

Can. Red with an inch of pale pink head that never quite disappears. Vibrant raspberry aroma - hairy and plump - with a hint of good yoghurt. Not a lot of body, quite fizzy. Properly sour despite the presence of lactose, with a burst of nice berries that gradually fades to some twigs at the end. Good, refreshing. Would work as a (Southern hemisphere) Christmas lunch beer.
