Stelle e Strisce is a golden Session Ale with a low alcohol content. We dedicated it to the american flag because we use an explosive cocktail of american hops, with an abundant dry-hopping. According to this technique, we add the hops during the fermentation to give fresh and intense aromas: the result is a bomb of herbaceous and citrusy flavors. Wonderfully balanced, with a light body and a bitter final in perfect American style!

0.33l bottle. Cloudy yellow with huge white quite stable head. Aroma: tangerine, peach, resins. Taste: malt, lime, orange. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation. Long bitter aftertaste with lots of fruitiness, dry finish.

Cloudy yellow golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Semi dry ending. Citric, and fruity flavor. Nice tasty ale.

Flaska från SB, 5,7%. Smak och doft av citrus, karamell, bröd, jord med toner av grapefrukt. Lagom sötma, rund och len, fin beska med smak av citrusskal.

Flaska från SB, 5,7%. Gyllengul, disig med högt vitt skum. Blommig och fruktig lätt kryddig doft med tangerinskal. Smak av säd, blommor, tangerin som är lite jordig, medelstor beska. Gott.

Bottled, from Systembolaget (5.7%), Cloudy golden, rich head. Spicy, floral nose with some tangerine. Dry with light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. LIghtly grainy malt, covered in tongerine and herbal spice. Distinct bitter finish.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of hops, grapefruit and some pineapple. Similar taste, also malt. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

330ml - Hazy golden in colour. Lemon, grass and soap in the aroma. Fruity and zesty taste with grapefruit, lemon and a hint of pineapple. More like a hoppy saison than an APA.

Lys brun lett tåkete med høyt kremete offwhite skum som ligger. Lukter korn, gjær, honning, blomster og syrlige epler. Middels fylde. Søtlig, lett sitrus og honning, noe blomster og gjær. Lett bitterhet.
