Double I.P.A. in stile West Coast, ideata per far convivere una luppolatura molto intensa, eseguita in varie fasi della produzione e delle fermentazioni, ed un corpo importante e caldo, grazie a malti speciali e caramellati in aggiunta al classico malto Pale. Imbocco ricco e maltato e finale lungo, decisamente amaro, con accenni fruttati, resinosi e agrumati.

Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, rich head. Grapefruit sprinkled with sugar up front. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar and grapefruit, fruity and marmelady. Fairly low bitterness. Rich on sweet fruity malt.

Sampled at swaff 2018. Thnx for sharing. Everyone ! Pours clear blonde, small to no white head. Smell is intense. Green hops. Tad bitter. Taste is sharp. Citrussy. Bit thin undertone. OK.

Il gusto al naso viene catturato dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la costanza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è di persistenza lunga. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza trasparente e anche qui c'è la stessa grandezza medio-fine delle bollicine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi e pompelmo.

F: big, egg-white, good retention. C: gold, clear. A: tangerine, orange, tropical fruits, bit grapefruits. T: tangerine, orange, light tropical fruits, ABV incredibly masked, medium body and carbonation, not bad at all, enjoyed, sample draft shared with RB crew @ Swafff! Brussels Craft Beer Festival – 1st. day.

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma. Pours hazy dark amber with a lasting white head. Aroma of sweet caramel, hop, fruit, floral notes, molasses and touch of honey. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, average to soft carbonation. Finishes with biscuit sweetness and increasing bitterness. Enjoyed this.

Tap at Open Baladin in Rome-Italy. Dark golden bright a bit cloudy, medium white foam. Nose: much peach, malty, amber malts. Mouth: soft carbo, clean, old style IPA somehow but juicy, jam-like fruitiness. Tasty.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Dorata, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note agrumate e di frutta tropicale, erbaceo, pesca, melone. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale amaro deciso, lungo e persistente. Corpo medio-pieno, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours golden, relatively crisp, with abundant white foam. Aroma is herbaceous, also resinous. Body is medium. Taste is markedly bitter. Finish is very long in bitterness, maybe even too much...
