Double I.P.A. in stile West Coast, ideata per far convivere una luppolatura molto intensa, eseguita in varie fasi della produzione e delle fermentazioni, ed un corpo importante e caldo, grazie a malti speciali e caramellati in aggiunta al classico malto Pale. Imbocco ricco e maltato e finale lungo, decisamente amaro, con accenni fruttati, resinosi e agrumati.

Warm reddish amber colour, white head. Aroma of hops, loads of hops, caramel, malts, tropical fruits and pineapple. Hoppy bitter flavour, caramel, malts, fruity. Malty finish, hops and tropical fruits.

At Villagio Della Birra 2015.Hazy to cloudy amber color, white head. Hopy, citrus, fresh scent. Fresh, apricots, hoppy, citrus taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Fruity aftertaste.

Sampled from bottle @ Leuven Innovation Beer Festival. Lightly hazy dark orange color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, firm hops, lightly grassy. Taste malts, hops, grassy hops, lightly fruity, bitter. Yup, I like this. Medium body and carbonation. Nice!

Italian DIPA with hazy orange blonde colour and thick, yellowish white, moussy head. Lovely aroma of tons of citrus and exotic fruits: orange, lime, papaja, melon, grapefruit, peach... Soft fruity sweetness in onset, fluffy and very pleasant mouthfeel, delicious bready malt sweetishness as a backbone for a wonderfully aromatic, citrussy, ’fruity’ and spicy hop finish, long, dry and complex. Very well-crafted example of the style, with that same ’Italian’ elegance I found in Borgo’s Re-Ale Extra just the other day...

75 cl bottle. Pours amber , clear and with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, crisp citric and smooth fruity. Smooth peachy and slight crisp hoppy. Bitter and lingering fruity finish.

Clear deep orange to amber beer, creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very resinous, piny hops, some exotic fruits. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty bitter, citrus fruits, hoppy, caramel malts, resinous, bitter. Aftertaste: bitter, caramel, dry, hoppy, little fruity.

Klares dunkel goldene Farbe, ordentlich weißer Schaum. Geruch sehr hopfig, grasig, bitter. Geschmack sehr malzig, citrusfrüchte, grasig bitter, frisch, gut.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Italian Fest Sept ’14. Cuivrée, col blanc cassé. Arôme au bouquet houblonné épais qui laisser percer de fines effluves houblonnées, grains fermenté aux notes de caramel prononcés. Palais est malté, caramel presque dans la lignée de toffee, pointe de sucre résiduel. Houblonné offre un côté très huileux sur un fleuri modéré et un accompagnement de levure qui en addition des malts prononcés enlèvent un peu de l’effet de l’IPA.
