Tap. Pale gold, hazy, with a low head. Nose is wheat grains, lemon, lactic acid. Moderately tart but not super sour, lemony, wheat, lactic acid. Well balanced.

Draft at a small fest in Otsu, Shiga. Pale Gold with a tart fruity aroma, I felt ume and citrus. Quite a nice Berlinerweisse that was smooth and tart. One of the nicest in my tasting flight.

nice lightbnerry minty nose witha touch of wheat and burnt character. Super light body, modestly dry, low bitterness, balanced, mildly tart. Not world class but solid and nice summer beer
