Our collaboration with Portland's Great Notion! Biwa and toasted rice puffs were added to the mash, along with mikan peel in the whirlpool. Double dry hopped, with extra citrus and stone fruit nuances, and a slightly toasty finish.

On tap at the brewery. As Tim said, this is pretty clear. A orange hue with a large white head. A big bready nose, oranges. Sweet big juicy oranges, some apple, toast, sweet malty base. Solid.

this supposed NE Imperial ipa would impress most Czech and German brewers with its beautiful golden clarity. Tons of orange and white gummy bears with nice biscuity nose. Medium full body with medium bitterness with lots of gummy bears but still pretty simple. Not dank or juicy. A bit lifeless palate. Pretty mediocre
