75 cl. bottle sampled @ Brugs Bier Festival 2014. Murky orange with a white head. Nose is mainly yeast, herbs, caramel, murky (bottom of the bottle sample). Bitter murky herbs taste, grains, dull yeast dominates, slightly oxidized. Yeasty body. Meh, okay but far from exiting.

Very good, fine & dense, slighlty yellowish head over hazy orange beer. Spicy-herbal malts. Some fine hops in the background, smells quite balanced, if not very remarkable. Slightly milky aroma. Herbal, spicy bitterness, going over in a sweetish malty flavour. Hints at other grains, hint of honey. Quite spritzy carbonation. Little flavours left in the aftertaste, and as such the CO² adds a faint acidity. OK, but not more.

1/II/14 - 75cl bottle @ Brugs Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2014-152) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing today's beers!

Very cloudy murky beige beer, aery off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. aroma: very yeasty, lots of orange peel, banana, sugary touch, bready. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bready malts, very bitter hops, dry, banana peel, some citrus, slight hint of grapefruit. Aftertaste: very bitter, bit of a medicinal ending. Did we get the "yeast shot"?
