Clear golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, banana, spices. Sweet malty flavour. Very fizzy, lots of CO2. Finish banana, yeast, spices. Quite OK, but the extreme fizziness ruins it for me.

75cl bottle. Shared between 5 at the Tenth Shrewsbury Bottle Share, Dec 14. Thanks to Fin! Pours hazy yellow with a lovely sweet peach and apricot aroma. Taste is super complex with a delicate mix of tinned fruit cocktail, sherry, vanilla and light marzipan. Hugely enjoyable.

Boxed cork and caged 0.75 litre bottle given to Mat and I by Fin: we decided to share it with others. Opened during the December meeting of the Shrewsbury Bottle Share Group, five of us had the delight of trying this lovely beer; cheers Fin. Poured a slightly cloudy light gold, white lacing and head on each glass. Peaches, apricots in the nose, more in the taste: an alcohol bite and yeastiness comes through in the flavour, along with a bready and some marzipan like sweetness. Really enjoyed this.

Clouded yellow / straw coloured pour with a big frothy white head. Flavour is composed of clean sweet malts, honey and nutty, light spices and lavendar. Palate is quite sweet, grainy and high carbonation. Quite sweet but decent.

Big sweet flavor with lots of white sugar, tangerine, lemon meringue, alcohol and dough. Full bodied with lively carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly warming, with a bit of honey and pale dough, along with mild flowers. Nice one.
